Tools For Tapping Into Talent is a recruitment training tool designed specifically for people involved in recruiting staff in New Zealand. It provides ideas, exercises and discussion starters for HR experts, recruiters or consultants wanting to know how to:

• recruit more effectively
• stay within the law
• deal with managers or clients who want to discriminate
• make the most of the diverse talent pool.

This resource has the six modules listed below and is designed to be explored in a team situation. The modules can be downloaded separately or as a complete training kit.
