The Diversity in Action Summer 2009 issue includes the stories of some of the winners and entrants in the EEO Trust Work & Life Awards. They include NZSki with its innovative programme to attract, train and retain mainly young, seasonal workers. Hawke's Bay District Health Board is also focussing on young people with its Programme Incubator which inspires young people to pursue a career in health. The Awards judges were also impressed by a number of employers who make the most of the talents and energy of people with disabilities, including RSVP Productions, Mind and Body Consultants and Blenheim Foods Marlborough.
