Bupa Care Services instituted a cultural-change programme that energised and motivated its 3300 staff to do their best for resthome, hospital and village clients. As a result, the company has enjoyed a 15% improvement in staff retention (equal to 487 fewer employees leaving every year) and 88% of residents declare themselves satisfied with the service.
